Laser eye surgery is a process, not just a procedure. And we’re with you every step of the way. We know you’ll feel less nervous (and more excited), when you know exactly what to expect.

Our laser optometrists take you through an in-depth suitability exam with diagnostic tests, scans and measurements. Don’t wear your contacts and remember to bring your sunnies (we need to dilate your pupils to get a good look).
We chat about your medical history, lifestyle and vision goals. Then we clearly explain your surgery options, expected outcomes, potential side effects and risks. Got lingering questions or concerns? We welcome them. Ask away!
With a warm welcome, we get you comfy. You’ll have numbing eye drops and there’s a sedative (and a hand to hold) if required. In less than 30 minutes, your treatment is complete and after a final eye check and a cuppa, you’re free to leave.
You’ll have detailed guidelines on eye-care post-surgery, and eye drops that help promote comfort and healing. We book several follow-up visits to monitor your recovery and ensure you’re satisfied with optimal results.
