What happens at your first appointment?

Your first assessment is like a really long eye test. I’ll check your vision and eye health, and then I’ll run a series of special scans to check whether you suit laser eye surgery.

Normally you’d spend about one hour here. Most of that time involves discussing your expectations are which treatment will suit you best.

We will give you eye drops to help us run our tests. This may cause your vision to be blurry for a few hours. I recommend that you leave the contacts off for about five days before your assessment so that we can get the most accurate scans of your eyes.
